Sports Massage

With over 15 years as a professional ice hockey player representing the Nottingham Panthers and Great Britain, Steve developed a strong understanding of the physical demands placed on the body in both sport and everyday life.

 

After stepping away from playing, his own experience with recovery inspired a passion for helping others feel and move better, leading him to become a certified sports massage therapist.

Having worked in high-performance environments, Steve understands the value of effective recovery and body care. His treatments focus on relieving muscular tension, improving mobility, and promoting relaxation for athletes, active individuals, or anyone simply looking to support their well-being.

Currently preparing to begin a physiotherapy degree in September 2025, Steve remains committed to expanding his expertise. He combines proven techniques, personal experience, and a genuine desire to help others, delivering effective, hands-on care tailored to each client’s needs.
