At your consultation, Susannah will look at your specific issue within the “bigger picture” of how you lead your life, tailoring a program of treatments and selecting the right blend of therapies for you. These might include deep tissue massage, breathing practice to calm your nervous system, clinical sports massage, myofascia release and neuromuscular therapy to undo entrenched patterns of movement, help heal injuries or enhance performance.

 

All of this can be complemented by a self-care programme to consolidate the effects of your treatment, giving you the tools to manage your issues and put you back in charge.

 

With experience in therapeutic bodywork spanning 20 years, Susannah can help you feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally, empowering you to live your life fully. Addressing both the physical and mental limitations which cause chronic pain or sub-optimal performance, and the feeling of disempowerment which can often come with long-term illness or injury.
